This place is a stones throw from my house. We got a nice bottle to take to the future in laws last fall. They have homemade Italian bread for dipping to taste some before buying. There’s another olive oil store just a bit further down the road.

Virgin means only mechanically separated. No chemicals used to extract the oil. Extra virgin has less acidity and is judges “superior” in flavor.
