I say good riddance to The Hound. Glad Arya took the money bag off him. Good riddance to Tywin Lannister too. I’m looking forward to Cersei Lannister being done away with at some point, although I wonder whose hand it will be by? Arya’s? Sansa’s?
Arya learned that lesson from the Hound, when he took the money off that man who was dying.

Maybe Tommen will kill his mom. Killing family seems to be familial trait.
Without revealing a major spoiler, Cersei will slowly do herself in by her own bungling as her Son, the King’s right hand. Its going to catch up to her as she realizes that she isn’t as wise or better yet shrewd as her father or anyone else in the Lancaster’s lot
Cersei could just as likely be killed by a Tyrell loyalist, in response to all the suspicion Cersei has of them and blame she’s assigned them.

The Tyrell coin left at the scene of Tywin’s murder (in the books) to sow discord.
With Cersei continually creating chaos and Tyrells invested in keeping their girl married to the guy on the throne (and the boy on the throne), they might kill Cersei in order to secure the throne.
Especially with Cersei’s threat to end everything by telling the truth about her children’s parentage.
Careful what you wish for. The show would get pretty boring if there were no loathsome characters to hate....
