I think this is part of the plan to get that done. Not sure, but I think the creditors have to buy off on the plan before it's officially done. I could be wrong.

Not sure, but I think the creditors have to buy off on the plan before it's officially done. If Obama steps in on behalf of the unions as he did with GM and Chrysler, they'll end up buying off on the plan.
