Again, change the focus from what people did now to this poor girl at restaurant back to the tragedy before. The people responsible at the restaurant are what the current issue is about, not the earlier stupid animals.

Responsible for the girls injuries (they’re kin) but not for the restaurant incident. That is something different and you cannot absolve the KFC employees at this time.

No one said that the libertarian owners of the pit bulls shown in the linked USAToday/Gannett image (forbidden for posting on FR) were KFC employees. It is alleged that the KFC employees told the grandmother (apparently not living with the grandfather) to take the girl and leave.
So yes, many will avoid spending money at KFC.

That link relates to the original mauling, on 9 April, not the current KFC outrage. The two individuals are the grandfather of the victim and his girlfriend. They were charged with child endangerment.
