Of all the things I’ve seen while driving along Norf (North) Avenue in Baltimore, a runaway steer would probably rank among the least scary.
Too bad he wasn’t packing an Uzi.

When I read early today that he had been around North Ave, I thought definitely they should’ve let the steer run loose and maybe hopefully take out a few of the thugs all over the city.
Maybe this is an idea for the crime problem!
But no, they shoot an innocent. But the scum rarely get caught and when it is so, come right back out to the streets.
I’m surprised he wasn’t shot by the local Trayvons and their many firearms rather than the police in this case.
