Hmmm. Not so sure being an "onionhead" is such a good thing.
Not long ago I worked for a company that openly promoted and encouraged everybody to attend the “Landmark Forum”.
They also said they would cover the cost.
Landmark is based on the work of Werner Erhard, the creator of “est”.
My first reaction was NO.
They (Landmark) called and called, I said NO.
My boss, encouraged and pushed, I said NO.
Then I did 15 minutes of research and the last time I was asked to attend, I slammed them with Landmark’s CULT status and tactics. BTW, the Landmark guy on the phone was so distraught after I finished, I’m certain he left this cult.
They never asked again.
