we actually did have a couple three 24 hour races back in the late 80's early 90's, the Firestone FireHawk Series... iirc they were boycotting LeMans or something at the time
I wish they had a night race at Michigan but it will never happen because its so close to town. If you’re in Brooklyn when there’s a car on the track, it rattles the winders.
I can even hear them from my house 6 miles away.
A road course night race would be cool. Watkins Glenn would be awesome.
