Ever had fired gator tail (on a stick)?

I never had it on a stick but I have had it otherwise. When I lived in Florida, I use to fish Bass tournaments all over the state and we had a restaurant that was approved to sell gator meat ( that was during the time they were on the endangered list ). It was good , nothing exceptional but tasty.
