Saw an article from last year that claimed this guy has 6 prior felony convictions and is a registered sex offender.
If true — why was he on the street? Don’t they have a third strike law in Nevada?

Nevada does a Three-Strikes Law, but maybe he didn’t rack up three felonies in Nevada itself, so they turned him loose.
Which in retrospect, seems like a rather big mistake.
