no, this is adding onto how they do and or don't authorize surgeries, their allowable fee schedule, their poor history of ontime payments and THEN their cutting back of in network docs and facilities...I hope that’s not meant to excuse the crony capitalism of BC/BS and Tufts, both of whom are claiming to be expanding while UHC is contracting.
