As Don Henley continues on what has been a well-received, but apparently endless, hits-packed reunion tour with the Eagles, he

I love the Rippingtons and Satriani.
Very unlikely pairing for a concert, imho. It doesn’t seem like a crowd drawn to either would be an audience for both.
Wrong. I remember it vividly, an event I want to forget. I had a date with a beautiful girl, she did not like the fact I had more in common with the couple in front of us than her. Never saw her again, and it was fine by me.
LOL I guess so. Artist really shouldn't complain about Youtube that much. I often use when near Wi-Fi area to listen to music I'm likely going to buy at a store later anyway if available. I have well over ten thousand dollars in bought music over the last 45 years when I began buying records.
With Youtube there is a lot of unreleased treasures on you'd never get otherwise get to hear. For example Grand Funk Railroad and Wet Willie did Locomotion at a concert. As far as I know it was never released on vinyl or CD.
*chuckle*
Sounds like the moral of your story should be...”As beautiful as a girl might be, if she is jealous and not a music lover...pass her by.” Looks like you did that. ;)
Bingo.
Good thing you know the difference between a “moral” and a “morel.” Just an observation from a humble fungus (Fungi).
Get the f**k out of my cab!
Glenn Frey....
Not as much as I’ve always hated Boston.
I can’t remember the last time I went to a concert that even had any chairs.
I saw Joe Satriani and thought he did a good job as long as he didn’t sing. It was him, a bass player, and a drum machine. Very cool. I saw Bruce Hornsby open for John Fogerty around 1986. That was pretty amazing.
shut off and go home Don
LOL! My wife and I quote that scene every team an Eagles song comes on the radio!
He did date her, and wrote a song with her, but the reasons for him leaving go beyond that.
I like Joe Walsh. And don’t call me Shirley.
Sorry Don, but that polite and respectful America is long gone.
And the entertainment industry , of which you are part, has done it’s share of supporting the demise....
P.S. I happen to like you as a performer, but as Laura Ingraham quoted “ shut up and sing “
The other lead singer named (?) was the easy going approachable Paul McCartney character
Glenn Frey
If you ever want to experience true beauty, try to find Hornsby and Branford Marsalis playing the Star-Spangled Banner on the night Cal Ripken broke Lou Gehrig’s record. I couldn’t find it quickly, but it’s gotta be out there somewhere.
