California Chrome's owner gave an interview right after the race and he is officially the sorest loser ever. He utterly beclowned himself.

He has a nasty habit of complaining about a lot of things. Didn't think he was treated properly at Churchill Downs during Derby either.

This from a guy who convinced the track to change the rules and allow the horse to run with a breathe right strip on his nose.

The airflow may have been a problem. Or most likely the extra distance of 1/4 mile was the problem.
