A woman reportedly shot dead her husband in front of a packed suburban Atlanta supermarket before then turning the gun on herself.
Paula Strange, 54, is said by police to have shot dead 52-year-old husband Bruce Strange at a Marietta, Georgia Kroger just after 5.30 p.m., authorities said. It happened only minutes after an argument over dinner at a nearby restaurant, a source told MailOnline.
The Kennesaw, Georgia couple was eating at a Mos Southwest Grill in the same shopping plaza where the shooting occurred less than half an hour before they were both dead, a person who answered the phone in the fast food joint told MailOnline.
They were in our store eating, I assumed they were having an argument, the source said, adding that he wasn't sure what the disagreement was about. The husband then abruptly got up and left the restaurant.
The gentleman went to the bathroom, ran out the door, jumped over the patio fence and ran behind the restaurant, the worker said. Witnesses told WXIA the Kennesaw State University associate director of research compliance chased after him in her Honda Element, racing the engine and shouting at him.
He shouted back as he ran towards the supermarket, possibly to escape her.

Connecticut has a weird vibe. I’ve actually been in all the NE states, and there’s just something off about CT.
Really? I've never tipped in joints where you pay for your food at the counter and sit at a plastic table, where you usually have to scrape off somebody else's crud before sitting down. Have I been doing it wrong all these years?
Maybe it's a cultural thing but I find those buffets to be rather unappetizing. People piling their plates high with fried this and fried that and then coming back for more. The food bins always seem to have things from the adjoining bins falling into them because people are sort of sloppy about how they ladle the food onto their plates. Salad and dessert bars are nasty as well - just a mess all around. The decor seems to be "1970s Bingo Hall cafeteria" and you almost expect some old white-haired women to be announcing "B23...N6....G13" over the loudspeaker.
They usually have a tip jar by the counter and if I pay cash - I’ll throw ‘em some change - but it’s nowhere near the customary tipping percentage. Usually there’s a spot on the receipt for it, and if I’m in a generous mood I leave them $1 every other visit. I frequent a few of these style places around here. Most of the ‘servers’ make at least the federal minimum. Around me, it’s mostly college kids working hard & paying their way, and I do it out of respect for that.
I tip if they are courteous and friendly as they make my burrito/sandwich in front of me and make it exactly the way I want.
You conduct your business lunches at all-you-can-eat buffets? What, do you work for a pawnshop?
"In New Hampshire the biggest cause of death is old age by way of cancer or dementia. Down south it is obesity. To die of dementia or cancer usually requires one to already live to an older age."
You know what worries me more than obesity or dementia? The disease carried by you Northeasterners who flock down here and infect the South. You ruin your own states, so you leave them and spread your bacteria in a region that's too good for you.
"Basically, being fat, obese, is not a New Hampshire thing,"
LOL...reminds me of that Iranian nutcase saying "We do not have homosexuals in Iran!"
"" so when I go to southern states and visit the public feeding troughs I get sick."
Yet you do visit them. How many helpings do you go back and forth for, pawnshop boy?
" Like the fat family paying their way through using EBT and immediately going to the desert bar. Sickens me. In New Hampshire, there is no such restaurant or buffet."
No! No homosexuals in Iran! None!
"" Well, because it would never work. It costs money to live in NH "
Of course it does. Those Northeastern socialist cesspools tend to bleed one dry.
""and that is exactly what we want it to. Keep the lower classes and the non-educated out. That usually means southerners."
First Authority, I do hope you understand that we in the South laugh our rear ends off behind the backs of Yankees like you. You don't see it, you won't know it while you're there, but we get a lot of amusement from your kind.
Wardaddy, take a look at this one...he's a stereotype. The entertainment value is priceless.
Froth on, pawnshop boy....froth on.
Whatever you’ve suffered in your life to make you like this, I hope it gets better. Sincerely.
People still believe. Maybe Ellen DeG told them to believe.
