We used to get a giant coke icey at the 7/11 then put rum in it and hit the beach.

I tried that but the room temperature rum melted the icey immediately.

Back in the day, everyone I knew stored their rum in the freezer. Makes it some kinda smooth, also doesn’t melt your icee.
