I think response time depends on how often you park in a pay lot with those numbered slots...

Old question. The answer is: what would my (brother) or guard say? Once you get the answer from both, which should be the same, do the opposite.

Try Kindergarten, since it was an ENTRY exam for first grade.

Nothing is better than a good command of the English language.
A college degree is better than nothing.
So from this we conclude that a college degree is better than a good command of the English language.

My wifes response: Its impossible to tell. The car is in the way. But it is clearly a Chinese problem because the car is parked crooked in the parking place.

Well, either I’m stupid or really bright! In the Hong Kong one, I never read the English question! I glanced over the Chinese characters, but never tried to interpret them. I saw the “car”, but didn’t recognize it as a car. It looked like a form of an ‘hour glass. But after a few seconds of puzzling over the pic, I just turned my mini pad top to bottom, and saw the numbers clearly. So was I stupid, bright, or just lucky?

Here is one of my top riddles. Not math but give it a try. Stumps just about everyone.
Brothers and sisters have I none. But that mans father (pointing to man in distance) is my fathers son.
Who is that man?
He is his son.?
