I made the mistake of reading that Gatorade article, and I don't see Gatorade doing anything but responding to tweets blaming them when it wasn't their fault.

LeBron is well known (by all but these twits it seems) as a Powerade spokesman.

Now, if they were to sign over LeBron as a spokesman from Powerade it would be sweet.

It does seem as though his cramps are very common.
