Yep.

A more interesting case was Helios Airways Flight 522, from Cyprus to Athens. A maintenance error had left the pressurization system in an invalid state. When the passenger masks deployed as the airplane climbed through 18,000, the crew, who were confused about the meaning of certain indicators, passed out while consulting with the maintenance engineer on the radio. The plane then continued on autopilot for a couple of more hours before running out of fuel and crashing. All 121 were killed.
