Not that hard to calculate:

1. First few years: 2-3 times a day.
   
2. Eventually deteriorates to 2-3 times per week.
   
3. Eventually deteriorates further to 2-3 times per month.

   But who's counting? And does it count if you put it in and don't ejaculate? Or ejaculate before you can get it in? :->

Yes, it all counts. Otherwise my wife and I would both be virgins and our children would be product of Immaculate Conception. Well, at least some of them!
