Aah, the infamous “someone” committing another nefarious act or crime. Has the infamous “someone” been identified? Was the infamous “someone” captured on video committing the nefarious act or crime? Are the police dogs wearing uniforms or possess some other identification so that the general public assist in their apprehension? So little information.
