Bergdahl wasn't captured on the battlefield.

And I have serious doubts on whether he was an American.

No, I think what happened is he defected and said he wanted to join them and at first they didn’t trust him, then this whole plan hatched with him involved in the planning to trade him off for 5 Taliban leaders - And I would even bet Obama knew about this scam which is absolute 1000% High Treason. So now we have TWO potential cases for Treason - Benghazi and this. And people think that’s not worth investigating?
