Tabasco has some very good products — I certainly will give their sriracha a trial run.
I do like the Huy Fong brand, though.
I love Sriracha, and I love Tabasco (haven’t tried the new stuff, though). From what I gather about Mr. Tran, The Huy Fong founder, he will welcome the competition, as it will introduce more people to his concept, and expand his market. “A rising tide lifts all boats” type of approach. Thanks !
