Just yesterday I was arguing with a liberal about Hitler and unions. The liberal naturally called Hitler a conservative who outlawed unions. I responded by quoting Hitler from Mein Kampf about his support of unions and provided a link to the full text of the entire chapter.
The idiot liberal declared that there is nothing to be learned from the man’s own words, instead I should seek sources of “alternative history” for the truth.
I really don’t know how you debate people who so clearly reject reality.
by that logic alone, the Main stream media should have been pushing palin because of “historical significance”. McCain as the first POW for historical significance.
Personally, I don't. After years of having debates as you described, my mind did not change one bit and their's rarely did. So I just quit.
