CONVICTED CHILD RAPIST NOT IN JAIL...this world in nuts.
It's insane, a criminal misconduct on the part of the justice and corrections system, that violent people who have committed heinous crimes are let out of jail on any pretext. I read somewhere (and I wish somebody would help me find the source-- darn, I didn't bookmark it) that, for instance, 500 people are murdered every year, by somebody who had already in the past been convicted of murder --- in California alone!
And these child-sex-torturers are notorious for re-offending, practically instantly once they get a chance.
Life imprisonment should mean life imprisonment.
I wish there were an isolated island or neighboring planet we could send them to. It is immoral that they should ever have the chance to violate like this again.
