The idea of putting certain classes of people in concentration camps is a classic element of leftism. They might argue over who is sent first to the concentration camps, what is the ideal number of people to be exterminated, etc. So the shooter’s utopia differs in some important details, but it is along the general lines of leftist utopian thought.
