Perhaps he should lay some of the blame at his own feet. This guy was a hollywood director. Hollywood has for decades glorified gun violence. Then the same people who make these violence glorifying movies want to take the guns from those of us who respect the weapons we have and would only use them for lawful purposes.

I can’t think of a single NRA member who has ever gone on a self gratifying killing spree. Every one of them has been a lefty or the child of lefties. They blame society for their own failures and then take it out on society.

This whacko was apparently obsessed with violent video games, but where is the call to hold the gaming industry accountable?

Maybe I’m wrong on this...but from ALL mass killings of the last fifty years....has any NRA member ever participated in any of these?

There might be some guys who were hunters and accidentally shot their partner....but I just don’t think you can find a single episode of wilful intent.

I think you’re talking about the perp’s father who’s a Hollywood director; this statement was from the father of one of the victims. The perp’s family, through their attorney did, however, issue an anti-gun statement. I don’t think like this father the perp’s family specified the NRA, just support for gun control.

The article said it was the father of one of the victim, not the father of the murderer.

That being said, I feel for his loss but it is not the NRA's fault.
