The only way this whole thing adds up is if she goes to Cecil Community College in Maryland and at 5:30 drives to Wilmington, Delaware (30 minutes) and gets the 6pm bus to New York (2.5 hours).
Cecil’s tuition is only $5,500/in state and the only offer a 2 year AA. She could work at McDonalds and cover her tuition there. I guess she’s saving up for law school ;-)
Maybe she takes online law school courses?
