French Press might be great, but when I was in France about 10 years ago, actually Monaco, tried to order a Mocha at a fairly decent establishment. My Cuban waiter told me they do not have Mocha in France. At least at that time they did not. Kinda shocked me. Thought I could get the best Mocha there. The waiter tried to make some with their fine fancy french chocolate, but it was dreadful.
I was there back in the 90s and was introduced to pressed coffee. I was sold. The food in general?..not that great.
