This instance is going to be interesting to watch. The "I forgot to pay" crap won't fly this time.
I heard the audio of the 911 call the Ass't Manager of the Burger King made. She stated that she told Winston and his friends that he had to pay otherwise it is stealing. She claims Winston told her, "I don't care. I'm not paying."
