Next up: subway to Tijuana. Two things: The San Diego light rail already goes right to the border and then the Mexican drug cartels build several subways per year from Tijuana into San Ysidro all without a penny from the taxpayers.

Maybe california should employ the cartels to dig the subway tunnels. They may even do it for free if you give them trafficking rights. Just don't ask what's in those packages.
