This is just disgusting, while here in Anaheim,Ca. there are all sorts of immigrants pushing around home made carts or shopping carts, out of which they are selling friggin snow cones, pork rinds and Only God knows what else with no sanitation, business license or health permits. And the police and the city don't do a damn thing to stop them because they are treated as special class, above us simple legal citizens.
