Conventional rifling,I use 125 grain hard cast bullets that I cast and size.Good bullet fit equals no gas erosion,the barrel lasts like a .22 rimfire.
I shoot it a lot to stay in practice,especially instinct shooting.I can hit a beer can from 40 yards from the hip with a 3 round burst.

Back in the late 80s Big Buck Sports in Hattiesburg got in some HK-94s. They were pretty expensive tho I realize now they would have been a good investment.

I was in grad school and could not afford one anyway. I was so poor that I had to turn down a mint Browning Citori a fellow student offered to me for $500.
