I think it is Biblical! Absolutely! :-)

No, but if a woman should think so, fire her!
Then, hire a man with a family to support.

Should Paid 'Menstrual Leave' Be a Thing? Sure it should. That wouldn't be at all discriminatory against men.

Maybe it should be mandatory for female supervisors to help reduce abuse in the workplace.

Worked with a girl who had a bad time every month.
She would come into work but have to spend the day in the ladies' break room.
Poor girl was really sick. Nothing seemed to help her.

The PMS Avenger, from "Mystery Men"! Oddly enough, NOT played by Janeane Garofalo.

I think it was Ron White that said, “I don’t trust anything that bleeds for five days and doesn’t die.”

So pretend for a second this actually happens and it becomes part of the human resources policy....
1.What happens after a woman goes through menopause and no longer is eligible for additional "sick" days...will they still be compensated ?
2.How does a company monitor when a woman stops menstruating ? Will there be a cut off at a certain age that a doctor must "prove" if still are having periods...some women don't go through menopause until they early fifties...
3. How do you "prove" you are menstruating and not just having a prissy day...

But in several, mostly East Asian, countries, so-called menstrual leave is a legally enshrined right for female workers. That leave may be because superstition dictates that contact with a woman at that time of the month is either unlucky or contaminating (unclean until the evening).

I had a friend from Japan, I asked him about the fact that women get a paid day off every month; I did not think that was right. “Why not” he said “They aren’t worth having around at that time, it just makes sense !”. NOTE: Not my opinion, just relaying the sentiment, from afar !

But they are equal to a man in the workplace. With fewer days served, right?

Hey, Emily. We aren’t an east Asian country.
