A Texas homeowner got a shock when she walked into the bathroom of her College Station home to find a 12ft python wrapped around her toilet bowl.
Veronica Rodriguez, 50, discovered the huge African python slithering across the bathroom floor earlier this month.
It is believed that the python got in through the back door to Ms Rodriguez's home, which she shares her teenage daughter Kelsie.

No problem. I have a 50’ snake for my bathroom. Wait you mean live? ....................... no probably in the inches range.
Woman reports a 12 foot snake that’s really only 6 feet. Think about it.
From the local paper.....
...she called 911 and soon College Station officer Tony Gonzales arrived.
“When the officer showed up, he came with a brown paper sack,” she recalled.
“I told him, ‘you’re going to need a bigger sack than that.’”
I am with you. The best snake is a dead snake. Sorry Sal, I guess I just wasn’t raised right.
Hey, snakes gotta go, too!
Just make sure they don’t use up all the toilet paper.
Tell me about it!
People find ‘em in the Walmart produce section, garden centers, basements, bathrooms.
I just went looking for rat snakes in the woods.
No luck.
Sheesh!
Bet on it.
;D
I couldn’t find a free snake in the Arizona desert.
Lousy luck!
:D
I’ll, uh, have to keep a sharper eye out next time I’m in Wal-Mart. (gulp)
Well...if you *do* find one....
;)
Avoid the rattlers, please

I’m starting to think that snakes enjoy shopping.
I know that my Bob loves to shoplift stuff in PetCo.
At the checkout, I have to wrangle all the stuff he’s lifted from shelves from his coiled tail.
[I’m not sure what he was going to do with catnip mouse toy or a Hamster water bottle but he sure didn’t want to let go of them]
It’s obvious he planned to use the hamster bottle to lure neighborhood rodentia, and the cat toy to lure the neighborhood cats within coiling range. :-)
He’s been around da ebil Dobermans too long. Already you must thwart his schemes.
Should I reach for an avocado and draw back a large Serpentes you will certainly be the first person I think of. At the very least the second person after I get the produce manager to scan it and tell me the price. ;-)
Well, he’s locked in a BoaMaster enclosure so his fiendish schemes are all for naught.
[unless da ebil ones figure out how to open the door latch]
Oooo!
I’m actually giddy with anticipation!
Lord knows that *I* won’t ever find one just lounging around some store.
My question is:
How did they know it was an African snake?
Did the tribal robes give it away?
