Tough to say. On one hand, I realize that a large share of tasing deaths are due to someone's reaction is off the charts-- frail condition, drug induced illness, etc.

On the other, I've got to wonder about why LEOs are so quick to reach for the taser compared to how they would've dealt with it 20 years or so ago.

Is it because the ranks are being filled with the physically weak, proper gender ratios and other political correct clap-trap? A general deterioration in the training quality? All of the foregoing?

I am pretty sure I read a month or so back where the doughnut processors had tazed someone in a nursing home.

No dogs were killing in the filming of the incident, however and all the Rambo Wannabe’s went home safe.
