The sea level is rising, but very slowly. Its has been doing so since the end of the last ice age. This is the reason for ancient cities being under water. Check out the articles about the old skeleton in méxico.

But the actual increase is much lower than climate hysterics would have people believe. We have been measuring its since the 1800s and the rates of change has not increased in modern times.
