Yep, Yep. We have septic tanks and propane tanks and crazy weather, and bad cell phone reception. My Internet and satellite TV go out when it storm. Oh and the Hail! Huge and frequent.

Then there is the poop, deer, turkey, bunny, mountain lion, pronghorns, coyotes, not to mention that they eat all your flowers and trees.
