I think NUTSCAR could possibly solve the Drought problem, just have the Traveling Circus go to the affected areas.

Spent the morning shooting a piece for NASCAR_TNT with Charles Barkley and DaleJr. Will air during Pocono pre-race.

Enjoyed meeting Chuck today. Very nice guy. Not a turrible driver either.
