To be fair, every employer under which I’ve been yoked since I was 15 had some sort of “diversity” training. Whether it was as a bag boy at Publix or an IT engineer at my current workplace, they’ve always had some sort of PC, feel-good, wishy-washy “inclusion” crap that they force you through with a terrible video and equally awful “test.”

I worked for the now defunct Digital Equipment Corp. in the late 70s and 80s. It was crawling with political correctness/diversity training stuff. It was just one of those annoyances.
