This ahole appears to be wearing a Sons of Confederate veterans War Service Medal. These are awarded to SCV members who provide evidence of service in the US armed forces in a theater of active operations. Someone should have taken that medal away from this piece of crap. His wearing it is (a) fraudulent and (b) an insult to all veterans.
