If he chased them down and killed them after they were no longer a threat that’s murder my friend, in all 50 states, if he did that he’s not getting railroaded he committed 2 murders pure and simple.
Personally I believe the punks got what they deserved but if he did that he committed murder, period.

I agree with you. It apparently was definitely murder BUT I would never vote to convict him and from the small sampling of ‘typical NY’ers’ in the ‘letters to editor’, they will have a rough time finding anyone in that crowd.
Like it has been said “Some People just need killing” - or something like that....
Course he could always say ‘they’ stole his gun and he ran them down, got it back and killed them before they could use it on someone else..
