it's bad enough you are doing what Obama says we should do (go green) and that you are a driving an ad for environmentalism . but also you post this on a conservative site. so to distract you attack me on some personal issues that I didn't post here for all to see, my tax deductions of which I only take 1 for me as I am single , no dependendts, no mortgage etc.

The federal rebate was instituted pre-Obama (IIRC).
The state rebate was instituted outside of Obama, due to a jurisdiction which suffers a smog problem.

Yes I posted this on a conservative site - so? I’m a conservative who bought a neat car and worked the system in a way that favors conservative values (getting my own money back for what I need).
