I’d love to know what he would say if he were alive today?

I do not claim to know all about the Nation of Islam
which Malcolm X was a part of until he made the pilgrimage to Mecca and was disgusted about finding out that Elijah Muhammad was jumping the bones of teenage black girls who were part of the movement—but at that time one of the beneficial thing these guys did in the black communities was try to get blacks to form businesses —even if they were small little shops such as bakeries.
I could be wrong, but MLK had some fine rhetoric and ideals but no solid program for black folks — less hands on. I don’t think Malcolm would be down with LBJ’s Great Society if he had lived to an old age. What does the black community have as it’s public spokes-folks—windbags, shysters & hustlers —the parade of Sharptons, Jacksons and the like. OOOH don’t forget Oprah. Thank God for black people like Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams and a few others I can’t think of their name -—MLK’s niece who is also a minister is good as well.
