The styling of the original Scion Xb was inspired by the Chevy Astro Van, believe it or not. Japanese youth fell in love with them for customizing, lowered suspension, etc. to the point of there being a pretty hot export market at one point, despite being left-hand drive instead of the native right-hand drive.
I find that hilarious because I’ve actually noticed the similarity between the two vehicles. Also, the Ford Flex looks like a big 1st gen xBox.
