“topic was mostly the shooter “
I’ll have to listen to the podcast to hear what he said.
Another killer on psycho drugs, in therapy since he was eight, extreme liberal/marxist parents.

RE: May 5, 2014: "If [Barbara Simpson] ends up at another station Id appreciate it if you let us know."
I just found this. It appears to be her first media effort to be followed by regular "broadcasts."
I had never heard of The Talk Pod and still know nothing about it but finally got it to work at this URL.
Barbara Simpson says hello

Thanks for the heads up. I notice Wattenberg is participating. I miss grumpy Uncle Bill.

Speaking of Dr. Wattenberg.. he replaced Savage's time slot -- a least for a day or two -- when Savage left the air. Wattenberg helped Savage get through the early years at KSFO, both are PhDs and I thought life-long friends. But I distinctly remember Savage referring to Wattenberg as a jerk when he came back on the air. BTW Savage's "you'll be talking to more people than you will meet in a life time" (or similar) was stolen from Wattenberg. I'm listening to Savage and cannot resist commenting on a thread from long ago :).
I think Savage referenced Dean Martin as a former barber.. no Perry Como was the barber.

I can’t seem to get Savage on radio
has he said anything about Ebola? He has a PhD in some sort of medical science; his comments should be smart.

Funny, your post highlighted two of Mikes most egregious flaws: his lack of trustworthiness and his chronic disregard of the truth. Two of the several reasons I rarely listen to him. Pity. Hes got the ways and means but his personality is just too flawed. But, in his defense, he does warn of psychological nudity.
Yes, I noted when Mike lifted Bills line. I reckon just about eveybody in that biz borrows all the time.

RE: "I cant seem to get Savage on radio

Yes he did comment and his comments were smart -- smart-alecky.
He was bragging about how superior his education was and his competitors knew nothing.
He figured that his competitors were so lacking of education that they thought Ebola was about E-bowling.
Then he spent a lot of time bragging about he was the first to mention impeachment back in 2009.
Hell I remember when Bill Clinton was elected (1992) and a man who would later be Savage's fellow on-air personality at KSFO, Jim Eason, called for Clinton's impeachment the same week he was sworn in! Eason talked about it so much so that the Clinton White House contacted KGO (at the time) to find out what was going on.
