i have no problem singing two verses, three tops, but when they want to go through the entire rotation of verses, it annoys me. it’s why i love daily mass— no music, no sung responses.
Boy howdy, it’s Trey Gowdy to head up the benghazi investigation! explorer alerted me, via text, last week, to this potential and i was excited to hear and glad it has actually come to pass.
I think it was the Alleluia before the Gospel and something else that was short. FrBrian is a stickler.
He is emptying someone’s jar of little glass treasures. I think your guess is probably right.
I love it when a priest does that. I used to belong to a church in TX where the Pastoral Assistant would roam the parking lot, kicking tires, and routing the Mexican men who used to sit outside and smoke while their wives and children attended Mass.
There is an arm of a plaid jacket in the video ahead of us. I had seen the couple at church, but didn’t know them. We went to our favorite diner after church, and they were ahead of us in line, so I went up and asked them where they were going after this as I was behind them in church now here, and he said home. I told him I didn’t know where that was and he should probably keep it that way. Then he came back to us in line to say that if we hadn’t sung everything twice we would all be seated by now. That got a big laugh from my husband.
How can fraternal twins be the first girl and the fourth girl? Wouldn’t then be first and second, or third and fourth?
I miss having a church close that has mass in Latin-the nearest one is nearly 60 miles away-it has Latin mass every third Sunday. I was being taken to mass by my parents well before VatII, so I learned it in Latin first, and love it that way-I’m weird...
just shut up and put it on ; )
very sweet!
Were they illegals?
xshub is just so happy. i bought him a MCW tshirt [76ers] last fathers day.
Article mentions Dave Bing. I used to go with my father to see him play at Manley Field House.
He is a former mayor of Detroit.
Invented a search engine, too. True story.
I think so, too-people keep all sorts of decorations on decks, and in pots as decorations with their plants. I’ve even had the little mirrors on plastic automatic plant waterers pecked off and carried away by crows.
I think I’ll put these out on the steps tonight, and put some metal butterflies and beads from a tiny indoor chime that has a broken string on the step below and see what the raccoon takes, if anything-or if he leaves me an item in trade...
