I had two bacon cheese sandwiches for supper. Just finished. I bake my bacon on a cookie sheet, woven over and under with six pieces ... makes a square; bake at 350 for thirty minutes, covered for first fifteen then flip and bake uncovered. Apply cheddar cheese to toast right out of the toaster and slap the woven slab of bacon on then top with a second piece of toast.
