NJ Law states that as soon as biometric “smart”gun technology is commercially available, all other firearms will become illegal. I have heard of no challenges to this or sunset provisions... but, basically, there is your compact fluorescent lightbulb.
So here it is. Is Jersey now going to enforce their law?
