My VA doctor wanted me on statins for cholesterol. I said I wanted to try diet and exercise first. She said we'd try but at the end of three months I would go on the meds. At the next visit she said she'd never said this before but congratulations.

Nowhere does it say ‘watch your cholesterol’ to live long...Now, we should watch our diets and be reasonable. All things in moderation, basically.
