What kind of person doesn’t have a photo ID?

Thats the primary argument! How can anyone living in the USA not have an ID? and if they don’t have one,they should not be allowed to vote! TOO LAZY to get an ID? then you are not a real american!
He or she might be a real American but they’re not somebody who should be voting.
