Last week a vehicle was reported as shot in the same area.
Not so. Last week's non-shooting supposedly took place on 390N at the Ridge Road West exit.
The current "shooting" took place on 390S near Chili Ave exit.
I'm fairly certain this "back window blowing out of a tractor-trailer" will also be a non-shooting.
